- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation.
2. Health & Safety
- Medical Considerations: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before your treatment. Some services may not be suitable for individuals with specific conditions.
- Alcohol & Substance Policy: Please refrain from consuming alcohol or recreational substances prior to your appointment.
- Scent-Free Environment: To maintain a peaceful and calming atmosphere, we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing scented products or perfumes.

- Health & Safety Protocols: In line with current public health guidelines, we have implemented strict cleaning and sanitization measures between appointments to ensure the safety of all our guests and staff.
- Face Masks: If required by local health authorities, guests may be asked to wear a face mask during treatments.
- Wellness Check: Guests experiencing symptoms of illness, including cough, fever, or other flu-like symptoms, must reschedule their appointment. We will not charge cancellation fees if symptoms arise within 24 hours of the appointment.
4. Payment & Gratuities
- Accepted Payments: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
- Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the price of services but are greatly appreciated by our team. You may provide a tip directly to your therapist or through your payment.
5. Gift Cards & Promotions
- Gift Cards: Pacific Shores Wellness Spa gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Promotions: Discount codes or promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
6. Spa Facility Access
- Amenities: Access to spa amenities, including hot tubs, saunas, and relaxation areas, may be included with certain services or offered for an additional fee.
- Swimwear: Guests must provide their own swimwear to access water amenities.
7. Age Policy
- Minimum Age: Guests must be 16 years or older to receive spa treatments. Exceptions may apply for those under 16 if accompanied by an adult and with prior approval.
8. Personal Belongings
- Liability: Pacific Shores Wellness Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuables at home.
9. Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disruptive behavior, under the influence of substances, or who fails to comply with spa policies.
