Q: Where is Pacific Shores Wellness Spa located?
A: We are located in Nanoose Bay on Vancouver Island, offering a serene coastal retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. We are downstairs from the Pacific Shores Resort & Spa.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our hours are Monday to Sunday 10AM to 6PM. However, it may vary due to availability. Please check our website or call us at 250-468-2404 for the most up-to-date schedule.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: We recommend booking in advance, but walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a fee.

Q: What services do you offer?
A: We provide a range of massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, lash extensions, hair styling, and wellness services such as Reiki, craniosacral therapy, and yoga classes.
Q: Do you offer couples’ treatments?
A: Seasonally! Our Valentine’s Spa Package and other side-by-side services are perfect for couples or friends. However, for couple’s massage, please contact us via phone to make this request.
Q: Are your facials suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Yes! Our Restorative Facial is ideal for sensitive skin, rosacea, and acne-prone skin.
Q: Do you offer packages?
A: Yes! We have seasonal spa packages, including the Winter Spa Packages, along with custom wellness experiences. Check our Spa Packages.
Q: What should I expect during a massage?
A: Your therapist will discuss your needs before the session. You’ll be draped for comfort, and pressure can be adjusted to your preference.

Q: Do you have a hot tub or sauna?
A: Yes! The resort’s amenities are accessible with any spa treatment.
Q: Do I need to bring anything for my appointment?
A: We provide robes, towels, and slippers. For yoga or fitness classes, you may bring a mat, but we also have some available.
Q: Are there changing rooms or lockers?
A: Yes! Guests have access to changing areas, lockers, and showers.

Q: Do you sell gift cards?
A: Yes! Gift cards are available for any amount and can be used toward any spa service or retail product. To be purchased online, or in person.
Q: Do you have a referral program?
A: Yes! When you refer a friend, they receive 20% off their first treatment, and you receive a $10 spa credit.
