Spa Policies

  1. Appointment Bookings & Cancellations
    • All appointments require pre-booking. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
    • A valid credit card may be required to secure appointments.
    • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
  2. Arrival & Late Policy
    • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation.
    • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate the next guest, but full charges will still apply.
  3. Health & Medical Considerations
    • Guests with medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy should inform the spa at the time of booking.
    • Some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions; our practitioners will recommend alternatives if needed.
  4. Gift Cards & Payments
    • We accept major credit cards, debit, and cash. Gift cards are available for purchase and must be presented at checkout.
    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. Gratuities
    • Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory. They can be added at checkout or given directly to your practitioner.
  6. Refund & Exchange Policy
    • Retail products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if unopened and unused.
    • Due to hygiene regulations, skincare, beauty products, and gift cards are non-refundable.
  7. Spa Facilities & Access
    • Access to spa amenities (hot tub, sauna, etc.) may be included with certain services or available for an additional fee.
    • Guests must bring their own swimwear for water amenities.
  8. Children & Guests
    • To maintain a serene environment, children under 16 are not permitted in the spa unless receiving a treatment and supervised by an adult.
    • Additional guests are not allowed in treatment rooms unless pre-approved.
  9. Practitioner Preferences
    • We strive to accommodate requests for specific practitioners but cannot guarantee availability.
  10. Zero Tolerance Policy
  • The spa is a respectful and inclusive space. Disruptive behavior, inappropriate conduct, or harassment will result in immediate removal and refusal of service.

Spa Etiquette

Silence & Serenity

  • Please keep noise to a minimum to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
  • Cell phones should be on silent or turned off.

Hygiene & Attire

  • Please arrive clean and fresh for your treatment.
  • Robes, slippers, and towels will be provided if needed.

Respect for Time

  • Arriving late may shorten your session. Please be on time to enjoy your full experience.

Hydration & Wellness

  • Drink plenty of water before and after your treatments.
  • Avoid consuming alcohol before spa treatments.

Please be aware that our spa is a fragrance-free environment.
